How to Return a Product
To initiate a return request, please Call us at 03214500006 or visit our website.
After approval:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ensure all accessories and documents are included
- Send the parcel to our office address (shared upon request)
Conditions for Returns
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All accessories and warranty cards included
- Request must be made within 3–7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed products
- Damaged due to misuse/mishandling
- Request after allowed time period
- Product no longer needed by customer
Valid Reasons & Refunds
Valid Reasons: Damaged/Defective, Wrong product, or Incomplete orders.
Refund Process: Processed within 5–7 working days after inspection via bank transfer or adjustment. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
